The product is fine and it is already in use … BUT...
The product is fine (5 stars) and it is already the fourth monitor I bought in this series. The old (smaller 24" monitor had fallen on a hard floor and broke). The problem was that the broken monitor was to be taken out with the delivery of the new 27'' monitor. The person who delivered the new one started to unpack the new monitor with out asking because he wanted to pack the old broken monitor in the box of the new one... I told the guy I needed the box plus all the packing material for transporting the new monitor and offered him a different box. The delivery guy was abusively furious and went on unpacking and damaging the wrapping material in the process! I needed 3 Hours to wind down from this abusive treatment.
