I purchased an Apple Pencil at fnac les Corts in Barcelona, which was recommended by a clerk in store.
The pencil did not connect to my iPad as promised and I wanted to return it in its original packaging one day later. They did not accept the return, it took them 25 minutes to give me this information. Incompetent, rude staff, unlawful return policy. Do not buy here.

Child had soccer tickets gifted and his phone died
Child had soccer tickets gifted by family to Real Madrid game. He needed his e-tickets for tonight or no access to the game. His phone connector stopped working and he took responsibilty to go the Plaza Rio2 with his S8+ in tow to get an adult here to help him. He came home with his new charger tried to charge and it didn't work. Walked back immediately another 30 mins to the all in 35°C weather determined to fix his problem and exchange. He was told for a refund he needed an adult. Now he needed an adult? I guess profit has no age, only refund. I left work to go with him only for the manager to refuse to.provide her name and Mario handled her proxy refusing to provide her name or any reference for the staff we dealt with. Though she signed the consumer complaint report, after stating the law in Spain does not protect customers if they opened box. HOW DOES ONE KNOW IF THEIR PRODUCT WORKS AFTER BEING SOLD SOMETHING INAPPROPRIATE ANYWAY? When I asked what she'd feel like if this was her child she agreed she'd doesn't care she's there to get paid!

It’s kind of a one-stop shop for books, music, electronics, and entertainment. Great concept, and I had high hopes, but honestly, it was a bit underwhelming. The selection was okay, but not as extensive as I expected. On the bright side, their customer service was friendly, and they had some cool tech gadgets. However, it felt like they were missing a spark. I didn’t find anything that really stood out. Probably won’t rush back anytime soon!

Bought a €700 product that never arrived. I’ve been trying to communicate back and forth with them but in order to read a message on their system I have to delete my cookies every single time and log in again.
They say it was the couriers fault, that the product was lost through no fault of their own. I seriously doubt it, this seems like the most incompetent company in Europe. Never again.

FNAC Spain tax free problem
English Translation:
On Friday, November 22, 2024, as a tourist in Barcelona, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 from FNAC’s Plaça de Catalunya branch. Before buying the tablet, I informed the staff member that I wanted tax-free shopping while inquiring about the tablet. The staff member asked where I lived, and when I responded, they confirmed that I was eligible for tax-free shopping and instructed me to fill out the tax-free form in the designated area after payment. If tax-free shopping had not been an option, I would not have purchased the product from that store. However, since I was assured I could claim tax-free, I proceeded with the payment.
After the payment, I went to the designated area to collect the product and fill out the tax-free form. However, the staff informed me that your tax-free system was malfunctioning that day and said the process could be completed if I returned on my last day. Since it was my final day in the country, I had no choice but to accept the product without the tax-free form.
Four hours before my flight, I contacted customer service and requested that they send the tax-free form online so I could validate it at the airport. I spoke to several representatives, and they provided me with an email address to follow up. I contacted the email address and sent the requested documents, including my receipt and passport. I emphasized that I was short on time and urgently needed assistance. However, I did not receive a response and had to leave the country.
I was supposed to receive a refund of €139 but was unable to do so.
Since this issue was caused by a system malfunction at your store, I believe FNAC should provide me with a solution. I kindly request that my case be reviewed and that I be reimbursed for the tax-free amount. To facilitate the process, I had already sent all the necessary documents to the email address on the same day.
I sent an email but received no response. My grievance is clear, and I expect a resolution to my issue. All responsibility, from start to finish, lies with FNAC, as I was not informed of any problems, leading to this outcome.

I tried to purchase a phone protector for iphone 15 promax. But the employee wrongly sold the protector for pro. Unfortunately i was travelling more than a month and in between only I noticed that. When I returned to the shop and asked for exchange they said no. The way of dealing the customer was also worse. Dont waste your money on expensive products since they talk about return policies even in unfortunate situations
