£450 to change the date of a booking by one day 9 months in advance. As my daughter cheerleading team all want to be on the same flight.
Can't complain over the phone (you must register it on line), can't complain on line (the system is down).
I have already paid £300 for the basic task of booking my seat so that we can be together.
I should have booked with Virgin

Damaged goods
I purchased a new Sony QLED TV for our house which was being refurbished. We opened it 34 days later to find a 10 inch crack across the screen.
We informed Currys customer service who after some checks agreed to replace the TV.
Good customer service but be aware that you need to open boxes and ensure the product was not damaged within the 30 day period.
