Awful experience

After finishing the rental, 2 months later with no prior emails or other kind of warning, this company tried to charge me with 300 eur out of the blue. No damage report, nothing, just a failed charge and straight passed the debt to a collection agency. Nobody is responsible of course, support is useless. You call +49 381 80704530 at 8:30 am cause it's the only time you have to handle this noncence, and the robot just says "you've reached us out of operating hours, try calling FROM 8 AM to 4 PM". Thanks for that, I'm literally doing that.

Now a paper letter with some stupid demands from collectors. Are you out of your minds? Providing the only ref number I have since, oh yeah, I didn't get any emails.

Review of Worldwide Travel Insurance

They say they work since 1993, that’s obviously the last time they’ve updated their website. But ok, we’re here to rate the service, not the UI. The claim was filed on 02/07/2025, was replied once with 5 questions that are basically the same. All documents were provided the first time. Since then a complete silence.

SLA 5 working days they say. Feels like people leaving 5 stars cause they’ve managed to pay them but never filed a claim. Rental insurance is expensive, sure, but at least you don’t have to complete a 20 pages long forms and wait for 3 weeks.

Cars are fine and the personnel is…

Cars are fine and the personnel is doing great but the cleaning staff is lazy. Can usually receive a dirty car.

People at the counter are quite nice but the pick up is painfully slow at times. Can have issues returning the fuel deposit, need to waste time writing or calling them cause someone forgot to release the deposit.

Artificial discounts in the shop

Artificial discounts in the shop, awful installation service by "Method". Washing machine was not leveled, water hose was not even tightened. Had to clean the floor after they ran away. Did it myself in the end. Absolutely do not recommend.
