bad service and no honoring of their guarantee

ordered a injection pump from them, it started to act up after 6 months. Send it back for them to check and it took them another 5 months to conclude it was okay and send it back. Installed the pump back on the motor and it still didn't work.
After this i ordered a different injection pump and the engine ran fine.
in conclusion, it took them 5 months to make a wrong conclusion and I wont get a refund because they think it's good.

Wrong landrover part supplied

Wrong landrover part supplied, filled in the returns form , took 24th to reply , says it all.
Then have numerous emails back and forth saying that I have ordered the correct part , photo on website shows the item I bought, which is not as received, all for £10 !

Will be sticking to those who have a landline to contact on

Customer Service?

Took these people five days to let me know a part wasn't in stock and went on to say if I had any further questions etc etc. Well yes I did, what's the lead time, which any decent supplier would have included, instead I suppose it's another 5 day wait for a "computer says no" response. Customer service? Haha.

Required a few non stock items and after speaking with the team they were able to send the parts direct from supplier so I could have them for the weekend.
Easy n simple.

Very Very sneaky

Very Very sneaky, they will not accept returns on genuine Land Rover products. They took longer than I expected to ship out my order so I went elsewhere for the parts I needed. The day the package came I requested to return the full order without even opening the packaging. I received an email saying they don't accept returns on genuine parts and they are only sold to trade customers. Nowhere on the checkout does it clearly state you are making a trade purchase or ask for business details. The only mention of it is in the smallest font possible on the last page of checkout. Obviously done on purpose or people wouldn't order these genuine parts. Again package unopened, return request made on the day it was delivered and they won't accept it. Used them quite a lot but this is the first time I needed to return items, won't be using them again.

Order

Ordered two rubber anti squeak dampers, needed urgent as rear shocks in bits with springs compressed. Got a refund the next day with no explanation at all.
Will not be using them again!

i have now bought multiple parts from LRdirect since i am restoring my range rover , they have very correct priced parts and delivery is always like anounced. i am very happy and will remain a regular customer.

Terrible service

Ordered a part online, stated processing, LRdirect took the money, then emailed me 3 days later stating the item i ordered was unavailable. Why take paymrny for items you dont have ? terrible service and unnecessary hassle.
Phone number a waste of time nobody answers

Great company. Highly recommended

I bought a pair of hubs for my Discovery from LR Direct at a great price. They arrived well packed, very promptly with good communication regarding delvery progress. Fitted and axle leak solved easily.

Rubbish company.

Ordered some very small clips and clevis pins on Monday as I was going away on Saturday. Today is Friday and nothing. They don't answer emails. Very poor and will never use them again.
