Customer Service?

Took these people five days to let me know a part wasn't in stock and went on to say if I had any further questions etc etc. Well yes I did, what's the lead time, which any decent supplier would have included, instead I suppose it's another 5 day wait for a "computer says no" response. Customer service? Haha.
