Failed to deliver, no updates!
Recieved an SMS on Friday 3rd Jan 25, stating shipment would arrive on Saturday 4th between 10am and 2pm.
It is now 10pm!! No delivery, tracking still showing same info between 10 and 2. Changed plans to be in for delivery. Cleary staff cannot be arsed to update info, would not recommend.
Reply from UPS:
"Hi Russell. We're really sorry to hear that you received your delivery damaged".
I have not recieved the shipment?.. Also who said anything about damaged? Do you know something I dont?

Timing belt and water pump FL2
Bought a Freelander 2 with no record of Timing belt or water pump, Sue managed to fit me in the next day for Norbert to work his magic. Now confident it's been done and properly, also did a free health check whilst under the car! Driven 600 miles over the weekend and not missed a beat. Great service and confidence it's been done by someone who knows Freelander inside out!

Ordered two rubber anti squeak dampers, needed urgent as rear shocks in bits with springs compressed. Got a refund the next day with no explanation at all.
Will not be using them again!
