Very Very sneaky

Very Very sneaky, they will not accept returns on genuine Land Rover products. They took longer than I expected to ship out my order so I went elsewhere for the parts I needed. The day the package came I requested to return the full order without even opening the packaging. I received an email saying they don't accept returns on genuine parts and they are only sold to trade customers. Nowhere on the checkout does it clearly state you are making a trade purchase or ask for business details. The only mention of it is in the smallest font possible on the last page of checkout. Obviously done on purpose or people wouldn't order these genuine parts. Again package unopened, return request made on the day it was delivered and they won't accept it. Used them quite a lot but this is the first time I needed to return items, won't be using them again.

Chris and Liam delivered my suites…

Chris and Liam delivered my suites today. 5-6 seater Power corner recliner, 3 seater power recliner and a single powered armchair recliner.

Really good service, called an hour before arriving to let me know an ETA. Arrived on time, quickly got everything inside and assembled. Left no mess/packaging.

The wait time was 2 months for the full suites, which is worth it they are beautiful, very comfy and you can tell just by looking at them how high quality the materials are. I haven’t ordered new sofas in 7-8 years but I’m glad I went with SCS.

I originally only went in to have a browse 2 months ago, the salesman Chris who served me was the opposite of pushy and I decided to buy everything there and then because of this.

Thanks again, Faultless experience.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke! I pay for full business cover with return to home. Van broke down 76 miles away from home. Called rac at 11am told them I didn’t need a patrol guy as the flywheel had gone so was definitely not fixable. Sent one regardless. Fast foward to 1pm - patrol guy comes agrees it’s not fixable and leaves in 5 mins. RAC say tow truck is on the way. 4 hours later tow truck comes and takes me to a services 18 miles away? Another 2 hours goes by rac mark the job as completed (no one would’ve come after this had I not called again they would’ve left me there all night) Have to rebook for another tow truck even though my home address was stated multiple times as drop off point. Another tow truck comes tells me he was instructed to take me to the next services 20 miles away. He was a very nice guy and after I explained the ordeal he said he’d take me home. Finally home 9 hours later. Will be cancelling ASAP what a horrendous first time experience
