Paid for the guaranteed service by 1 pm, Friday 15th no parcel , stuck at sheffield sorting office, rescheduled for Tuesday! , 4 days later ?
2nd class post would have been quicker.
Not the first time this has happened, seems the more you pay the less you get
Review of LR Direct
Wrong landrover part supplied, filled in the returns form , took 24th to reply , says it all.
Then have numerous emails back and forth saying that I have ordered the correct part , photo on website shows the item I bought, which is not as received, all for £10 !
Will be sticking to those who have a landline to contact on
Review of Coreservice
Item purchased from aldi, core services deal with the warranty claims.
I have submitted two claims ,the reason no response on the first and and no response on the second.
Email sent to them complaining that I have received no response, no response to the email.
Phone line gives no option to speak to anyone.
Overall pointless service that is shocking, it would be lower than one star but thats the minimum

Review of Snapfish
I share the last review, ordered four identical items before Christmas and was promised delivery by the 19th December, as they had not arrived I contacted customer service who were next to useless in resolving the issue, when they asked for my zip code it was obvious the outcome was not going to be positive.
On receipt the quality was shocking, dark photos, terrible grain on the paper.
In summary a total waste of time and money, I can print better at home.
