Great scents great service

As always Scent Splint has quick shipping great packaging and great customer service. One sample I received the cap was hard to place on the atomizer or to remove it. They quickly sent me a new atomizer and cap. Same day as they told me and within a couple of days it arrived in the mail. I love their selection of perfumes that are hard to find or discontinued. I will continue to buy samples and travel sizes.

Total scam

It’s been 4 days no emails to confirm my purchase or tracking number, website showed it was Overstock.com when I tried to contact them through email my emails are returned as undeliverable. Total scam avoid if you don’t want to lose your money.

Do not trust

One star because I can’t give them less. It’s been now three months with numerous calls to customer service and replying to the response to another review done a month ago, they simply refuse to refund my money after three months. They just simply lie, my next seep will be to report them to the state attorney general or possible class action lawsuit with others having the same issues. They are thief’s and hope people give up trying to receive a simple refund.

Horrible customer service

I ordered the wrong item I tried to cancel it but after an hour I was told it was too late and it was already being processed. When I received it I returned it the next day via FedEx, I received confirmation of it being delivered. I waited for a month and no refund so I called their response was they had issues and were working on it. I waited another week before calling and still they were having issues. Two and a half weeks later another call and still no refund and another call with same response of having technical issues. Going on two months since they received the item back and no refund. Horrible customer service, I will never buy again from them.

A week after sending the requested information for an expedited refund and still nothing. Maybe I should report it to BBB or even start a class action lawsuit with other having the same issues of being cheated out of our hard earned money, it is plain theft.

Avoid at all cost

I ordered on July 6 and received an email stating it would be 3-5 days for shipping. I emailed several times, left a couple of messages on their customer service and even tried calling without any luck. No response at all. I’ve reached out to my financial institution and filed a claim against them to get a refund. Bad business practices. Avoid at all cost.
