PLEASE PLEASE STOP BUYING…
PLEASE PLEASE STOP BUYING LOGITECH/SAITEK PRODUCTS.
This producer of computer hardware is skating on a reputation that was made years ago, now they are one of the worst producers of PC hardware that are trading at the moment.
Products are made on a very cheap budget and software support is beyond bad.
Customer service is also poor.
These days there are many other brands that produce far superior hardware for the current market.

Excellent service, would recommend.
The prices are very good and they have a good point's system for discount's on future purchases. The delivery is fast and the packaging is always adequate so nothing has ever been damaged or had pieces missing. Also they have good stock so I all ways find what I want. Overall I would strongly recommend.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with, the website is poorly executed and very vague, when I ask to change details it will buffer and not stop buffering, I left it for an hour and it was still buffering (Nothing wrong with my internet). I can't get through on the telephone (0345) number and when on hold it constantly tell's me to use the website which I cant use. Then I found an email address on the letter they sent me a while ago so I wrote an extensive email telling them what I wanted to do, the email address was then not recognized, I checked it no less than five times for errors, I have no way of contacting any member of staff in this company. I hope other people have a better experience than this.
