Can't get through to customer support. Just found out my subscription to CCTV monitoring has been cancelled without my knowledge. The chat feature just produces nonsense replies. Email reply just reproduces the text from the chat nonsense. After 20 minutes waiting on the phone then opted for the call back feature, an hour later a call with a recorded message saying there is no-one available to help me. Total frustration, meanwhile my cameras which cost hundreds of pounds are useless.

55 minutes holding on the phone to speak to someone about renewing my contract. Their email said I could do it on their web site by logging in but there was no mention of renewing there. Needs improvement to web site and customer care team. Broadband works ok though.

I telephoned to report a sophisticated attempted fraud. I couldn’t report online as I don’t have a landline number.
The person I spoke to wasn’t interested. Because I was smart enough to recognise it was a fraud and I didn’t lose anything he wasn’t prepared to register it.

It's a scam.paid £1.49 having thought they had the manual which they didn't. I emailed them and contacted my credit card to ask them to return the money and stop further payments. I had searched Google for a manual for my old oven and found the MyManuals web site. I put the make and model number in and it confirmed that they had a manual for £1.49 which I paid.
It said that I would be send an email with the manual. Instead I was sent an email with a password to get into 'my' account and found they did not have the manual or indeed any cooker manuals and that not only had I paid £1.49 but they intended to debit my card with £24.90 per months for a subscription. I emailed them through the ‘account’ immediately I had no reply but three days later they debited £24.90. I received no manual. I had to get a chargeback from Visa. A fraud.

My payments are made by direct debit. Last payment was due 29.12.20. It was debited from my bank on the due date, but my new statement includes a £12 late payment fee on 28.12.20 the day before the payment was due.

I have been using Ingram Spark since 2014. I use Kindle Direct Publication (previously Createspace) for individual books sold by Amazon and Spark for printing of my bulk orders and individual copies distributed throughout the book trade for anyone daft enough not to buy their book from Amazon. It ends up about half being printed via Spark and half KDP.
My main book is 180 pages, Crown Quarto size, full colour and costs £6.09 for Spark printing and £8.77 Amazon. The Spark printing has slightly less colour saturation and therefore not quite as good as Amazon but it has got better over the years and is quite satisfactory.
I always buy my bulk orders with the cheapest printing-in-5-days-service but only once has it taken that long all others have been printed within 2 days of my order.
Only twice has there been a problem.
1. A book arrived with the print on the first few pages too pale to read properly. I emailed customer services and they asked me to send an image of the problem and another of the cover separated from the inside. I did and a new book was sent.
2. A customer who made a large bulk order emailed to say they were a few short of their order. I emailed customer services and they sent more books.
I highly recommend the printing and service I have received form Ingram Spark over the last 6 years.
