DO NOT BUY. It's a scam. They say they have your stuff in stock and they don't. I spent 330 on clothes for my trip on got 3 of the 8 things I purchased. It's been 3 weeks. I asked for a refund they said 20% cancelation fee. The clothes I did receive don't look like what I bought. And cheap material. RUN

If you have 100$ to spare, and want to laugh hard with your friends, just order 2 pieces of clothing and then compare them with what they actually deliver. You will laugh! I'm so ashamed that I have fallen in this scam. So bad I can't upload some pictures!

The company lists products on their website, and I have sent several emails regarding my order. It took nine days for them to respond, only to inform me that the items were out of stock.

They provided me with poor alternatives, which I clearly rejected. Since then, I have not received any communication, and it's now been twelve days without a response.

I inquired about the fabric material of certain items, but I still haven’t received an answer. While the items appear attractive on the website, they lack adequate descriptions. This level of service is unacceptable.

I really wanted this to work as I wanted to create some fashion content with them. As an entrepreneur, I hate leaving bad reviews. But after seeing the amount of bad reviews, I feel like I should share my experience.

It took 3 weeks for them to even post my order out and 2 week for it to arrive. The size was very small and short on my legs. I am 6'3 with long legs so understandable maybe. But the colour was way off. I ordered wine red but what I got was a washed-out pink.

I requested a return and they offered I pay only $22 for another item and keep what I got due to the cost of returns.

When I mentioned the size and colour issue 5 days ago, they stopped replying.

I am absolutely disappointed with my experience with Linenmen. I ordered three items but received a completely incorrect product – something I never purchased and that is completely useless to me. The seller then made extremely outrageous "offers" that clearly aimed to scam me rather than correcting their mistake.

Despite my efforts and multiple attempts to contact them, including providing photos and evidence, I was not offered any proper resolution. Instead, I was expected to simply accept the wrong delivery. The customer service was not only unhelpful but completely destroyed any trust I had in this seller.

I strongly advise against ordering from Linenmen. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect any support or accountability. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The jacket I ordered looks nothing like the jacket I received. It looks like all of the clothes are ai generated along with the models

Terrible. Massively delayed order was then split in 2. First item arrived and was if poor quality.
Several follow ups later and the second item arrived but was not what was ordered and paid for. Also terrible quality. Could not be bothered contacting them for a refund as that would take more time than was worth. I use the two items for rags around the house.

For anyone wanting to buy anything from here, PLEASE DONT!!! This is false advertisement. I ordered 2 jumpsuits and they look nothing like the advertisement. Customer service won't take it back, and are bargaining with me to only refund me $10.00.
It’s basically a cheap piece of fabric. Michael Myers party city costume is much better than these.

First rookie mistake: interpreting the company name as in "all our products are made of linen". The jumpsuit I ordered was actually quite bad quality (polyester at best). Of course I do not look anything like the models on display but the shape of the item was tasteless and the fabric just hung so loose.

Second rookie mistake: not checking the return policy in advance. I had to almost dive-deep to find an email address. I received a reply to my messages on a three-day-later average. There is no other means of contact. They obviously have a very clear refunding protocol (AVOID) and for the first 7-8 emails my request would just be ignored and they would instead ask me to keep the product and increasingly offered 6/10/15/24/30 USD partial refund. It was only when I did not accept any of the offers that they finally sent a return address... in China. An individual address (not a company) to which the shipping would cost more than the original price of the product. So I declined, swallowed my pride and accepted the USD 30 refund, which was at least executed in a couple of days.

Never again.

Linenmen market a range of interest products on their website, but they simply don’t exist. After placing an order or over $100 I was shipped items that were completely different in everything from shape, to colour and material. I raised a complaint, and despite all their T’s & C’s being set in Ireland and charging in USD you actually have to send items back to China which for me at least is insanely expensive. Fortunately in Europe, retailers are liable when products are misleading, and missing things such as safety labels and correct information. That said, they refused to cover shipping back, seemingly using this as leverage to offer me progressively higher amounts of refunds from $12 to $50 in return for keeping the items. I suspect this is a scam to make money out of returns, ship you rubbish knowing you’ll accept a partial return as shipping back is too expensive. So after numerous complaints I raised this with my bank and who through the chargeback process refunded the full amount. Though it took nearly 3 months, for the bank to resolve it with the merchant. The lesson: just don’t order in the first place. It’s unlikely you’ll ever see your money back and a guaranteed waste of time and energy.

DO NOT ORDER. absolute scam!! i ordered, they delivered the wrong item. horrible fabric. wrong fit. then i tried emailing them for a refund and they wouldn’t reply.

Terrible company. The product was poorly made , I could probably do better myself ,and the sizing is not even close to being true to size , Don't even bother trying to return,they basically reply trying to get you to accept a discount,however many times you request to return the item they will not give you return instructions. You may as well just throw your money down the toilet.

Scammed like many other people from the site in question! The good thing is that Paypal refunded the amount I had transferred for the order in question, which I never saw. Folks, don't be fooled. Fight for your money that doesn't come from trees!
