Terrible quality. Terrible fit. Very expensive for what you get. They don't take your order serious so they just send whatever they have in stock or what sort of resembles the item you ordered. They won't give you a refund neither because that is where communication stops. Absolutely a HUGE mistake to order from this company. Photos on the website are a scam. Photoshopped or AI. Be warned!!!!!

Do not buy from them.
First of all, it took them over 3 weeks to send my order with no communications at all. I had to email them twice only then I got a delivery update. No apology, nothing.
Then when the items finally came, I was given the wrong colour. Instead of a white jumpsuits, I was given a prison orange!!! How can anyone get the two colors mixed up?!?
And the second item, the so-called “silk imitation”, was a terrible polyester. The fitting was terrible. It’s nothing like it’s stated on their website. There’s no fit at all.
Will be going straight to landfill!
I would like my money back! They aren’t cheap either!!

Bad clothes, not even like the pictures. Don’t buy. Their return policy is also not true, you can forget about your money.

This company is terrible! The product quality is not good. I emailed them so I could get a refund and send it back and they tried to convince me to take $9 instead. When I told them no and to please give me their return address they quit returning my emails. I will never ship from this company again.

Never got anything never got my money back

Several week delay in shipping. When shipped, sent the wrong colour item and then stopped replying to email when asked for a refund or to send the right colour.

DO NOT BUY FROM.

If I could give less stars I would. Waited two months and I paid expedited shipping. Products came they don’t even look like the online items. Highly disappointed.

Horrible experience. Waited 3 weeks to receive my order (I paid for expedited shipping) only to receive something that was not as advertised. When I contacted them for a refund, I was told that due to shipping costs and customs fees for returns, they would only credit me $9 on a $59.99 purchase. Furthermore, the return address on the package was a in California (how would there be customs charges?). I then advised that I would be disputing this charge with my credit card company. They replied by offering me a $12 refund. I will NEVER shop with this company again.

I placed an order waited two months and received nothing. Disputed the charge with my cc, they immediately shipped the incorrect order, wrong sizes 2xl And a small when I ordered medium and large. To it all off they don’t respond to emails.

Thank goodness for paypal. I placed an order for three items. I had ordered from the once in the past and even though they did send the wrong color I did enjoy the item. However this tine after placing the order I did not receive a confirmation email from them and they stated they could not find my order. Once i proved to them I placed the order by providing my paypal recite, they acknowledge the order. However they refused to communicate with me from that point on. I requested updates on shipment and never got a response. This left me concerned about even receiving my order at all I filed a resolution with paypal and once I did they contacted me asking me to lift it. Today paypal notified me that they are refunding my money Im surprised that with so many bad reviews that companies like paypal and facebook allow them to advertise or use their system

As a Creative Director that creates AI art, I can tell this company is creating AI-generated photos of clothing to scam people into buying (no multiple views or videos of the same outfit). Do not be scammed!! Based on all these reviews: the “Clothing” you receive is not even close to representative of what is shown online.

Absolute rubbish! Quality is rubbish and customer service even worse! I’ve tried to contact them for a return for over a week with no response. It’s a scam, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Complete rubbish. Even temu is better. Nothing like pics. Don't waste your money. That's a rob. Purchase price on their page 50$ roughly, on a customs print says 13$. Wouldn't wear it even home alone

I'm incredibly disappointed and feel misled by my recent purchase. Not only did I receive the wrong items, which were also smaller than ordered, but after reading through other reviews, it's become apparent that this misleading behaviour is a common practice for this seller. What's more disheartening is that it was not immediately apparent that this was a Chinese website, which might have influenced my initial trust and decision to purchase. This experience screams scam tactics, and I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise extreme caution and scrutinize the seller's background before making any purchases.

It is a scam. They use AI to generate their images and then they ship completely different low quality products, if you fall for this it is your own fault...

Items are low quality, sizing is very small, and they don't even come with the belts they have in the ads. Same as most people here, they sent me a different item than what I bought and are offering me either 11 dollars as a refund on something that cost $80 or for me to send it back, paying customs and everything for a full refund. They look great on the website but seriously, save your money

Bought a green jumpsuit. When it came, style and colour was completely different. Realised on closer inspection that all the advertised images are AI-generated, not real images of the products. Paid $120AUD for something you'd find at Target for $5. Tried to get a refund and explained the goods were not as explained. They offered me $7! I said no, I wanted the full refund and they offered me $11, then $18! Ridiculous. Finally they said "ok but you have to send it to China and pay customs and we won't refund it until we receive it", even though I can see from the return address that they mailed it from within Australia. Ended up just giving up. Deceptive, bullying behaviour the whole way through. DO NOT BUY.

Not at all what advertisment resembles. It also has a hole in one of the seams. Very cheap material.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company are an absolute scam. After waiting weeks for delivery, I received the wrong thing. When I emailed Linenmen they told me I would have to pay to return it to China if I wanted a refund, even though it was their mistake. They wouldn’t send out the correct item and said they didn’t have it in stock. They are horrible to communicate, they don’t listen, con people with awful versions of AI clothes, and don’t reimburse you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This is a complete scam. The product images online are generated by ai and what I got in the mail was nothing as described or pictured, it was a totally different item all together. I just can't believe I got scammed like this.
It took customer service 1 month to respond to my emails and they offered a $6 refund on a $72 purchase.
