I recently had a safety issue with my DNA 75 Vape overheating due to a suspected fault with the battery. I contacted the Jac Vapour team for support. Despite the vape lapsing the warranty window they offered me a replacement after understanding the circumstances of what happened, it was delivered the very next day which was a Saturday, not only that but they bundled it with all the necessary accessories to get going straight away! The Vape, Battery, Tank, coils and even a bottle of their vape liquid....I was a little overwhelmed with such generosity. I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years and they are always a pleasure to deal with and go above and beyond to help their customers. I must mention the Gentleman named Duncan who sorted all this out for me via email, he was very friendly and understanding of my needs and a real pleasure to communicate with, he is a real asset to your company. Thank you.

I would never buy my vapes, coils or liquid from any other company!
Great service, great choices, lots of flavours in different strengths & they are really responsive if you send an email.
I recently had a problem with a few coils, sent an email & Duncan replied the same day asking for more details which I sent. He then replied with details how to fix the issue! It worked & I let him know. Brilliant.

I recently had a little problem with one of the products I’ve been using and Duncan asked me a few questions, had to send a quick video then got a replacement immediately delivered the next day even with a few free liquids that I always order! What a kind gesture and personalised customer service - you don’t get this kind of service often from anywhere these days and this is one of the main reasons I’ve been using JAC Vapour for a long time!

The customer service is honestly second to non, ipurchased nonsmokers vape but there was smoke when I used it so I put a horrible review on here, next thing someone from the company rang me, apologised and sent me 8 bottles of the smoke free liquid, I had only purchased two, they are perfect for my needs, I would recommend this company and I will definitely use them again

Long-term customers. Have gradually switched from smoking to vaping and recently to nicotine-free vaping. Have had rare issues with some of Jac's own products but overall still have to award 5 stars. Not only are the pricing and delivery very good, but have to echo others here that the customer service is excellent! They work hard to resolve any issues. Again, Duncan is amazing and a real credit to the company - thank you!

The guys are great . Products are great . I give 4 stars just because my orders are coming all the time late. My last 2 orders were late with 10 days each . Now it might be the courier ,but this is a constant now . Not just a single case of order being late

Duncan McLaren Should be awarded a medal for his Patience, Efficiency, Help and understanding in dealing with a particular long and complicated problem I had with my B DNA 75W AND S22 Vapes. It was Customer Service (Which is SO difficult to find nowadays !) TO THE VERY HIGHEST DEGREE !!! Especially when dealing with a "Silver Surfer" !!! It seemed Duncan was working 24hrs a day by the speed in which he returned my enquires ! Many thanks Duncan, VERY MUCH APPRECIATED ! A credit to Jac Vapour (Problem finally "Sorted" when I received replacement items on 03/05/2024 that were dispatch AND received within 24 Hrs of being in contact !!!!)

Excellent customer service. Excellent products, quick delivery, quick response and quick to sort out any issues. They follow up with regular emails if there are any issues (we had a missing parcel) and almost instantly they sent a replacement. We use the puff box and we’re well impressed with the quality.
