Been using the Vim system for years, it’s perfect for me and ultra reliable. I have four mod units for different flavours that are in use constantly. I was having trouble getting one of them to charge and so contacted them for advice. I sent a short video of the problem and received a reply from Jade the same day who diagnosed the fault and sent me a new unit by first class mail! Excellent customer service and after trying several brands before discovering JAC vapour they are without doubt the best on the market. Thanks again, Jade.
