Got my new vape in good time and in perfect condition

The customer service is honestly second to non, ipurchased nonsmokers vape but there was smoke when I used it so I put a horrible review on here, next thing someone from the company rang me, apologised and sent me 8 bottles of the smoke free liquid, I had only purchased two, they are perfect for my needs, I would recommend this company and I will definitely use them again

I bought what I thought was a clear steam vape so I could discreetly use my vape, it gives off as much smoke as my ordinary vape.

I had taken an ecig back that stopped working in November 23, I exchanged for a more expensive one and paid the difference, today 3rd February 24 it wouldn't charge, I took it back to the shop with the receipt and was told because it was passed 30 days I couldn't get a replacement, on the Government and Which website it states I have between 31 days and 6 months to receive a replacement
Fresh Mist is acting illegally
They haven't heard the last from me, I will be speaking to Trading Standards toland reporting them.

Arrived very very quickly, oil is good quality and helps loads, would definitely recommend
