I get more impressed every time I talk…

I get more impressed every time I talk to them! The S22 series is all I ever use.
My problem was that the battery was flashing red after I changed the coil.
Not only did they tell me what to do, they linked a youtube video showing me!

Excellent value, no contract!

I've been using Smarty for many years.
Unlimited calls and texts and 3Gb of data with money back for unused data.
I'm mostly on wifi so it usually just costs me £5 a month.
No contract too makes it a winner for me.

Great customer service!

I accidentally submitted my order with an old address, and unfortunately, it couldn’t be changed once it was placed. While customer support understandably couldn’t intervene, they were responsive and took a genuine interest in my efforts to retrieve the package. It was reassuring to be treated with empathy, even when a resolution wasn’t possible.

Pouching is a myth

I switched to PillTime when I moved house in March. The main reason being I needed my meds sorted into doses as I'm in too much pain to do so many myself.
The pouching sounded ideal
Since then I've had 3 boxes, full of boxes of my meds, the latest being on Saturday, 2 days after they confirmed to me on live chat that they were definately being pouched!

Watching live on ITVX allows you to pause, but when I press play again it doesn't continue from where I paused it.
It goes back to live so I miss everything in between.

This was so easy to get and use!
The tag arrived really quickly with a QR code to open app and activate.
It costs just under a tenner a year to keep it active. Cheap as chips.
I love that it even has a 'snout print' feature!

Sudden extortionate fee!

Over the past few years I've been making small investments in a wide range of companies, usually around £20. Really enjoyed it, hoping to build a future for my family. To be honest I've never really noticed the fee, until today... £5.00! I invested in 3 companies, adding up to around £70, but paid £15 in fees. What gives Seedrs? You're going to alienate small investors like me. Or is that the point?

Can't get the nic in

I bought a couple of shortfills, but couldn't get the nozzle off to add the nic shots. I wrote to them saying I had very painful hands and to ask for suggestions. They told me to get someone else to do it. Domeone else has tried but still can't get the nozzle off.

I'm totally loyal to the S22 series!

I quit smoking over 6 years ago and spent way to much trying to find the right setup, until I discovered the S22 series tank and battery.
It's neat, robust, super easy to use and comfortable in painful hands!
They need to get the narrow mouthpiece back in stock or equip them as standard on the tank. Can you hear me Jac?! :P
Excellent customer service as many have already said.
I highly Recommend this company!

Free, fast delivery for orders over £20

Firstly, 4 x 10ml bottles for £10 is a bargain! Free delivery for all orders over £20, which usually arrive within 1 working day.
I first used them when I quit smoking over 5 years ago, until I started making my own. I still do from time to time and they've never let me down.

Great products and rewards but a couple of drawbacks.

I love their vape juice Attraction, always feels like you just brushed your teeth, and the hint of mint is not sickly.
The site is a little hard to navigate. Finding my choice isn't always easy and the re-order button never seems to work.
The reward points are great (they do expire) but using them is not very prominent on the checkout page, so I usually forget. But you can save a lot of money with them!
My main gripe is that the 10ml bottles are way too hard to squeeze. My hands are painful and I have to use both to fill my tank.

Unbeatable Customer Service!

I received a faulty item from their clearance section, I sent them an email telling them that I was disabled and housebound.
They phoned me the next working day and said they'd send out a replacement with a pre-paid envelope to send the faulty item back when I can get someone to do it.
The next day I received the replacement and the envelope. The item I had ordered was unavailable so they sent me an upgraded version!
That level of customer service is hard to find these days. :)

First rate customer service

First rate customer service! I had a problem with a product and they are sending me a replacement with a return envelope for me to return the product when I can as I'm housebound.
When a company shows you trust, how can you not trust them!
Couldn't be happier :)
