My problem was sorted quickly and useful friendly advice offered

In a previous review I criticised Jac Vapour for poor communication. I have now learned that they had some serious problems with their communication systems and that my review was unfair. I now return to my previous belief that that they are my favourite suppliers for ecig material and apologise if my review has put anyone off purchasing from them.

I've been a happy customer for many years, up to the point where they increased the price of the Vim by 400% overnight. They said that that these ecigs would be ringfenced for existing customers, and I was allowed to buy 1 at the original price. I was told that I could only buy one at a time, but since then any attempt to replace my other now dead Vim has been met with total silence.

My cat has had recurring problems over the last few years. Petplan have paid up on each occasion with only a small increase in premium. Their claim process is simple and payment is made extremely quickly.

Claim dealt with promply in the circumstances, information given to us on progress of claim, and all solved to our satisfaction.
