Great products and great customer service,
The s22 VAPE is my favourite every day vape, the Stars and Stripes is one of the best tobacco flavours I've found anywhere.
The customer service with a recent issue was excellent. They were quick to respond, and just as quick to resolve the problem.
Very much recommend

Bought a bbq. Good price, free delivery and arrived in good time. I would give The Range more stars for this, however the bbq itself is utter garbage. I would like to leave a detailed negative review on the product itself, but I cannot. I created an account specifically to write a review, but when I try the website won't let me get past logging in (even though I'm already logged in).
So, its a shame to rate The Range on one bad product, but I feel I've been left with no other way to communicate my dissatisfaction with said product.

Received an email 2 days after paying for order telling me they were out of stock in several items. Cancelled the order and got a refund with no fuss, which was good service, but can't really give more stars. Not sure why the stock was available when I placed the order
