Arrived as expected, no apparent faults and fully functional. On emailing to ask for the tracking number (silly me didn't realise that's generated only once dispatched), the team (Becky, to be exact) replied within 24h and they were very helpful. I'm loving the meacodry arete so far and have recommended it to several people!

Omio, and particularly Mihail, have been great at navigating my request for refund due to train cancellations. They have entirely owned an initial misunderstanding and have been prompt in their replies and actions. Moreover, the communications have been polite, considerate, and full of understanding. Great experience overall!

Scott has been excellent on our call today. He was personable and reassuring with my situation, and was diligent in trying to understand my situation better, clarified what he'll do next and the timeframe, as well as the potential outcome of my inquiry. Scott is a great example of quality customer service.

The battery for my Series S17 has stopped working within the warranty period. Got a replacement battery, which stopped working 10 days later altogether. The quality of these batteries left me wanting - but I must applaud the customer service received though all of this. Jacvapour (shoutout for Duncan!) has been quick to reply and to send replacements as soon as possible after assessing the situation, and has been both warm and understanding in their communications! This is exemplary customer service - keep up the great work!

parcel was picked up on time, delivered at the estimated time, with no damage to the parcel whatsoever (despite being a reasonably-sized cardboard box). pleased with the service so far.
