First problem, no way to speak to a real person. All exchanges have to be through chat or email. I bought a three seat LeCorbusier sofa. A small metal clip in the support webbing has broken, and I have been informed that's not under warranty. Fine. I offered to buy the replacement part. They won't sell it to me. I also had problems with initial delivery. I paid several hundred dollars for "white glove service." The delivery was late, and assembled wrong.
I purchased Callie coffee table and it has great quality. The first time they shipped it arrived damaged, however upon contacting tge customer support, they send another one. The customer suppor responds promptly.

I ordered a set of 6 chairs for over $3k, which took 16 weeks / 4 months to arrive. When they finally did arrive, one chair was broken, which the company finally agreed to provide a replacement for in 2 business days. When the replacement chair failed to arrive I followed up, only to be told that the replacement will take a further 16 weeks / 4 months. Interior Icons will not provide any alternative compensation such as a refund for the damaged chair - customer service has been extremely disappointing.

This place is a total scam. I ordered a couch and then they emailed me to tell me it would not arrive until 4 months later. I tried canceling it the day after the transaction and they have some ridiculous policy about canceling being with a few hours. They also claimed I was notified of the delivery date prior to purchase. THAT IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. Now I don't want the couch and they refuse to give a refund. I have read about this in other reviews online about this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will snake you into owing them money using false claims.

Our limestone table arrived split in half. When I emailed the support team, they immediately issued a replacement, no questions asked. Very satisfied with what otherwise would have been a rough experience as we finished furnishing our new home. They responded to our email and issued a replacement the next day. Thank you!

I ordered a coffee table that took 6 weeks to be delivered (despite promoting a 2 week window).
I paid $450 for this item to be delivered (that is the default delivery cost). The delivery team did not assemble or remove packaging. They dropped two, 200 lb crates in my living room and left.
What did i pay $450 for?

Interior icons is a scam. They mislead you on lead time, and have a policy that you can’t cancel an order after SIX hours. then they email you that the item won’t be shipped for 3-6 months after you have ordered and won’t let you cancel. BEWARE

Save yourself a headache and money and DO NOT ORDER from this company. I purchased 4 outdoor dining chairs. Two came in one box. When they were dropped off one of the boxes was torn, smashed and had broken chairs. We emailed them & sent 6 pictures of the broken furniture and boxes they said "you need to return the chairs in their original packaging so they would arrive unharmed" Obviously, that was impossible with the destroyed boxes & broken chairs. We have tried to get a hold of them numerous times to no avail and they kept repeating the same phrase. They are impossible to get a hold of in person. To make a longer story short, we have filed a law suit with our District Attorney for fraud against this company. We are doing this so another people will not be ripped out by them. I should have known something was wrong and all of their reviews on the website were all 5 star. Please note the line under the PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. "I agree to the term and condition" is already checked instead of the customer agreeing on their own. VERY DISAPPOINTED Customers

When I ordered my sectional, the site said that it'd ship in 12 weeks from Seattle. I confirmed that timeline with customer service.
A few days after my order was confirmed, someone from Interior Icons support told me that it wouldn't ship for _16 weeks_ and tried to tell me it was always that estimate.
I find that bait and switch to be so disappointing. I was already on the fence about this order because of the long timeline. The extra month of delay is not cool.
