Our first purchase online, the process was easy and prompt on delivery. The delivery guy had notified us when he saw some damage on the box and reported back to the store. I contacted customer service and agreed to receive the coffee table, open it to ensure no damage to the item before the delivery guy moves on. Luckily it was in perfect condition. It looks great in our living room and we look forward to purchasing more items in the future.

I am not a fan of the monthly auto charge and you can't use your own credit on all the items. Our own credit can not be used to purchase promotional items. I don't like the system.

Thank you to Costa Rican vacations for planning out all the details for our group of 18 ppl ( 4 families) and we had the best time ever. To start out, the "meet and greet" staff was reassuring when we arrived at the airport. Transportation from and to hotels, shuttles for tours and excursions were always on time if not early. (Not easy to get all 18 ppl ready) National Park, waterfall hike, zip lining, waterfall repelling tour guides were exceptionally professional, knowledgable, kid-friendly and genuine. We learned so much about the wildlife, culture, and history of CR. Our travel consultant provided a great balance of tours, adventures with days to relax at the hotel/ beach nearby. We spent 4 days in Manuel Antonio and 4 days in Arenal. We would definitely like to come back and explore other cities in CR. Thank you!
