Unexpected extra delay in shipping
When I ordered my sectional, the site said that it'd ship in 12 weeks from Seattle. I confirmed that timeline with customer service.
A few days after my order was confirmed, someone from Interior Icons support told me that it wouldn't ship for _16 weeks_ and tried to tell me it was always that estimate.
I find that bait and switch to be so disappointing. I was already on the fence about this order because of the long timeline. The extra month of delay is not cool.
