Disappointing customer service.,

First problem, no way to speak to a real person. All exchanges have to be through chat or email. I bought a three seat LeCorbusier sofa. A small metal clip in the support webbing has broken, and I have been informed that's not under warranty. Fine. I offered to buy the replacement part. They won't sell it to me. I also had problems with initial delivery. I paid several hundred dollars for "white glove service." The delivery was late, and assembled wrong.
