4 month delays
I ordered a set of 6 chairs for over $3k, which took 16 weeks / 4 months to arrive. When they finally did arrive, one chair was broken, which the company finally agreed to provide a replacement for in 2 business days. When the replacement chair failed to arrive I followed up, only to be told that the replacement will take a further 16 weeks / 4 months. Interior Icons will not provide any alternative compensation such as a refund for the damaged chair - customer service has been extremely disappointing.
