Delivery on time with good advance notifications. Only disappointment was the ripped plastic packing. Luckily, the rug wasn't damaged, but it should have been more securely wrapped?

Our Evri driver is so reliable and conscientious. It has completely changed our opinion about this company. We moved here from down South and the difference in service is wonderful!

Next seem to have a problem with their Evri contract & yet again my order was delivered over 3 days late. I had to contact the helpline (in India) and the only excuse for missing the deadline/s was 'bad weather'. I was given a refund on the delivery costs, but it did panic me - the items were gifts and I needed them to be here on time, as ordered.

My order was sent to the wrong depot, so I received it a few days late, when I had arranged it for next day delivery.
Not very impressed.
(But they did refund me the delivery charge)

You can always rely on Made.com to delivery swiftly and their products are beautifully designed and of high quality. I'm super-pleased with my lamp (and it was on sale).

My experience has been totally positive. The new shed is a palace and it was built by 2 very professional men during the lockdown. All the neighbours have shed-envy and, after installing electricity in there, our son has spent many an hour in his new studio/den.
