I was pleased when the final item the pansies came but it was very long winded and everything came in dribs and drabs. In 2020 deliveries were much more predictable in fact I do not blame this on Marshalls. I am a chartered buyer..logistics and procurement of everything especially via the internet has suffered with a change of government...the NI situation also unemployment too has tempered peoples expectations..there is not the choice of food that people would expect in shops even...

Very pleased with my Thompson and Morgan orders this year.

I had a problem tracing the parcel which sent an email saying it was to be delivered on that day.. but it was did not arrive until 48 hours had elapsed. The company I had placed the order with in the very beginning sorted it out for me and it was delivered two days later in excellent condition.

I love the design and functionality of Hartley Botanic. In fact thirty years ago I ordered a pretty little Wisley greenhouse from Hartley. Although it is still going strong I last year had a grow and store model too. I love my garden and like to sit in the greenhouse listening to the radio and potting up plants. My husband is enjoying the new greenhouse especially the fact I tidily store my old mower in there ..and my wellies. It is really snug and my plants thrive...

I am always highly satisfied with the germination and results the seeds give regarding true to description. If I need advice it is on the website and easy to follow. They also include in the post with the seeds a Cultivation Leaflet. I think over the last three decades everything has been just right even the lottery mixtures are really exciting for me to grow. Nicely packed, ecologically friendly seed packets and good results what is not to Love? I buy traditional and non traditional seeds especially Italian cucumbers and enjoy experimentation.

Lovely Etruscan pond bowl and delightful red watering can everything was delivered in excellent condition..I have already planted the bowl up with water loving plants and planning to use the sacking plant pots for summer vegetables.
