Pure joy!
I have just enjoyed my first season as a Hartley Botanic glasshouse owner and it has been joyous. The service from ordering to assembly was excellent and everyone was so friendly and professional. The Cottage glasshouse is high quality and looks stunning, the flowers have been glorious and produce delicious!

Very disappointing
My order was in two parcels. The first one arrived as predicted. The second parcel went missing. This was very inconvenient as I ordered the clothes for my holiday. I have not received any other information about the parcel from Evri and as far as I am aware have not received a refund. I will not be ordering from fat face again and will share my experience with my friends. Very disappointing experience.
