Time to delivery was 8 weeks during which we were kept fully informed by very pleasant staff. Everything ran to schedule. Greenhouse which is about 15' by 6" is structurally very impressive and took 2 men 7 hours to erect. It is made of heavy duty plastic coated aluminium with toughened glass. No skimping anywhere- Union mortice lock on door, metal gutter and downpipe. Just so pleased with the greenhouse.

Repeat order for ladies wellington socks bought as a Christmas present.

Needed a new sweeper belt for my ancient Westwood T18. Navigation of site to find the right belt was straightforward and belt arrived a couple of days later. Genuine Countax part- went on no bother.

Ordered 1/4" garden riddle- arrived the day after placing the order. Riddle is square, made of plastic with steel seive- comes with both 1/4" and 1/2" seives. Works very well. Only problem is if you put to much heavy material in, as I did, the bottom drops out.

Very happy with ordering process and hard drive is splendid. Only problem was with the erratic delivery which was not Richer's fault.

Present purhase was a replacement for the Gtech strimmer bought in 2016. The motor on the old one seems to have failed since the battery pack is all right and still give 15min run time. With 3 big lawns and numerous beds to be edged, the strimmer truly transformed keeping the place neat and tidy. Edging with shears used to take 3-4hr but with 2 goes with the strimmer it could be done in 1/2 hr. Run time on a fully charged battery is about 20 min; so with 2 batteries, now I can do the lot at one go.

Was pleased to be able to obtain bedding plants this summer. Ordered 90 garden ready begonias for an exposed site. Planted in 3-4 ins green bin compost with wonderful results- every bit as good as the pictures in the catalogue.

Replacement mug for one that had got chipped. Prompt delivery and very good product.

Travel Insurance

Fairly quick to take out travel insurance, insurance documents slow to arrive (over a week), claims settlement very slow (now over 3 weeks and still waiting).
