Great service and great value. I had to call regarding my order and the customer service was quick, efficient and very helpful.

I purchased a railcard, received an email confirmation from secure.railcard.co.uk but never received the electronic railcard. Called the helpline and they had no record of my email or application but they took payment! I have had to reapply but used the paper application and Royal Mail!

I ordered a Hartely Botanic greenhouse in 2020 and it was installed in the October of that year. The service and support was very good and when one of the parts was found to be missing a senior manager travelled a significant distance to deliver and fit it. It’s a very high quality product and adds value in many ways.

Everything was great apart from the final communication. A date was confirmed and I was informed I would get a message with the appointment time. I didn’t receive a message so I drove there anyway even though I wasn’t sure I would be received. They were very helpful and obliging at the branch and saw me straight away. A good was job done.
