After several years of what I thought was good service I have had a shocking revelation.
Support emailed me (in plain text) my password. To me this is a cardinal sin. They then admitted that all the support staff can see your password.
This is by far the worst security protocol I have EVER experienced, unbelievable.

So you have introduced a fatal error which completely stops me using the site for its primary purpose into your primary live website. This should never happen on a professional web environment with proper testing and regression capabilities.
You decline to provide a target time to fix the problem.
Your support staff provide no information on your help line
You have no support escalation procedures.
This service is nothing short of laughable.

The website and order process led me to believe I could get next day on my order, not until I had paid did they confirm with the following day.
Customer service just said it was all my fault.
Upside when I cancelled, I hope they refunded me!
