Safe place not allowed

Delivery didn't happen in time slot but 28h later with no notification

When delivered, simply dropped on door step

Delivery photo totally irrelevant

Simply the best - Solid and reliable and deservedly not cheapest

Zen are not perfect but they make a supreme effort to provide good service to individuals.

When you have a problem they listen and understand, they escalate appropriately and work hard to overcome the awful management at Openreach when necessary.

Are they really this bad? ENDEMIC SECURITY FAILING

After several years of what I thought was good service I have had a shocking revelation.

Support emailed me (in plain text) my password. To me this is a cardinal sin. They then admitted that all the support staff can see your password.

This is by far the worst security protocol I have EVER experienced, unbelievable.

The service is becoming much less reliable and the support, which used to be amazing is now laughable

The data is great, the tree service is great, family tree maker is cool.

So you have introduced a fatal error which completely stops me using the site for its primary purpose into your primary live website. This should never happen on a professional web environment with proper testing and regression capabilities.

You decline to provide a target time to fix the problem.

Your support staff provide no information on your help line

You have no support escalation procedures.

This service is nothing short of laughable.
