Placed an order on the 16th May, money taken as expected but no sign of dispatch or delivery.

Left it a few weeks and still no update, in this time I had access to my account somehow removed?

Finally had enough so emailed to cancel the order.
Response was very quick but no word of an apology despite having no contact at all since the order was placed
