I tried to order a ball. Neither PayPal or Visa worked. I asked for help and was ignored. Customer service non-existent. However a combination of a public holiday and a system glitch meant that I was a bit over-reactive. 07/4/2025 I found that they had a link with Amazon and ordered on from Amazon with a simple instructions. 09/4/2025 And now I have the Wicked ball the dog LOVES it. It does all it says it does, this is a fantastic toy. The service I have received from the team at Cheerble been amazing. I would score them 10 out of 5 if I could!

Ordering was easy, the choice available was good. I was despairing that I couldn't buy left handed trousers as a man. I have had an injury that left me with only one hand (the left one) and undoing my right handed flies with my left hand was proving difficult.

My initial queries were answered with care and understanding. They clearly knew their products and systems, a great start so I was happy to do business with them.
My order was placed and an amount exceeding £3,000 was fully paid on 1.2.2024
I had no information and asked what was happening on 22.2.2024 (three weeks without any information)
On 23.2.2024 I got a reply informing me that it was “not the way we usually do things.” (A repeated assertion in their negative reviews). But no tangible information.
Still no information by 27.2.2024 so I cancelled my order before it was shipped.
On 27.2.2024 they asked me to give them more time without explaining why.
On 27.2.2024 I asked them to again to cancel my order and refund me as soon as possible.
On 28.2.2024 they acknowledged my request and then told me that my refund would take at least 17 working days for me to get into my account.
Today is the 11.3.2024 and according to my reckoning I have to wait for another 7 days to get my money back.
It is now obvious that they had no intention to fulfil my order but use my money as a short term, interest free, loan facility.
I'm now, reluctantly, getting my credit card company and PayPal involved in this problem.
Beware of this company.

The second order was based on my first order nearly 8 years ago. I'd used my first blanket daily and it has been fantastic, a little thin but still warm and cuddly. the new blanket is also warm, vibrant, thick and with an amazing pattern.
