Ian arrived on time and was quick, friendly, and professional. He listened to what I had to say about the issues we had and got to work. All sorted quicktime and he provided advice to help prevent further issues. 5/5 service and a decent amount cheaper than main rivals.

Prompt, professional and thorough serice
Booking was quick and thorough. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and polite, knew exactly what to do and put our minds at ease.
20 minutes later everything clean and cleared. Told us who to contact should it happen again as blockage area he cleard was some way further down the line.

I was booked today between 8:00-13:00. I didn’t expected for the engineer [ Mark] to arrived at 8 am which I was so pleased. It didn’t take him long to sort out my clogged drain. That’s the reason I’m given them a 5 stars rating and I can highly recommend this company. Very friendly and polite personnel as well.

Toilet emptying problem
Very rapid response to a toilet issue in my 92 year old dads house. Helpful call centre with engineer arriving within 2 hours. Unfortunately it turned out to be a main drains issue affecting multiple properties but communication and advice from engineer was first class.
