Turned out that the blockage was further down and had been sorted so didn’t need anything done but can’t fault the service or engineer and would definitely recommend

Service was fast and effective. Our insurers apparently could not find a service provider to assist us and told is to source one ourselves and claim the money back. We explained to Dyno Rod that we would need an invoice on headed paper identifying how much it had cost us. 5 days later we had to chase up an invoice as it had not been provided and there was no apparent evidence that it was in process. It took the lady 5 minutes to provide one.This has resulted in further delay before we can be refunded. Had this failure had not occured I would have scored them top marks.

Just had a same day emergency call out to my new house, same day as bathrooms being fitted, service only took 30mins and had a full explanation of the issue, fantastic service.

Had a tough call with all the drainage upstairs being blocked. Excellent customer service. Relieved that the issue is finally fixed.

He’s turned up when he said he would he sorted the problem in no time he knew exactly what was needed and he was very professional and left no mess and was patient and polite and friendly top man thanks Dynorod 😁👍👍👍

From my evening call they arrived next lunchtime and were very efficient chasing a long run of drains to clear our house drains. Daniel was very polite. Great service

Wakes and West Services carried out repair benching and replacement drainage pipes for us today. Excellent result, engineers worked hard all day, very meticulous in their work and left our property clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Excellent service from moment of phoning Dyno rod to engineer advising time her would arrive and turning up within the hour.
Engineer Dafydd persisted with awkward access to blockage using various methods until cleared.
We had called other companies who did not return our call, as well as wasting money on a plumber. Next time will call dyno rod straight away - lesson learned.
