It was a very pleasant experience; there was no pressure sales, but the agent was available to answer any questions we had.
The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, and he ran through the other products, which were advised to maintain the quality of the sofa. These were discussed, along with the benefits of having them. But we did not feel any pressure to buy them.

Having researched the sofa bed we wanted, we still needed a bit more information. The salesman that helped us was very informative & gave us all the information we needed & more. We didn't ever feel we were under any pressure. We were confident that our order had been taken correctly as it was checked by another member of staff. We felt everything was done professionally.
