Having researched the sofa bed we wanted, we still needed a bit more information. The salesman that helped us was very informative & gave us all the information we needed & more. We didn't ever feel we were under any pressure. We were confident that our order had been taken correctly as it was checked by another member of staff. We felt everything was done professionally.
