Sales staff were not pushy and genuinely helpful. Initially we didn’t see what we were looking for, whilst we had seen it online not everything is available in store to view. Regardless we find an alternate sofa, good value too. Good experience in general.

Good service bar delivery charge
Jim was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the products in the store. However, the delivery charge of the item we wanted was extortionate & not mentioned at all until we had to decided to go ahead with the purchase. With quite a bit of negotiation this was waivered. Had it not been, we would not have made the purchase.
