No refund for returned goods
This company has had my return tracked by the label they supplied since the 22nd September and even with an email and a phone call I still have not recieved a refund for my returned goods. Totally unacceptable behaviour

I used the Chelmsford branch. Needed a mobility scooter wheel replaced as had a puncture. I can honestly say what a great job was done. The guys went over and above. It sounds very easy replace a tyre. They were so persistent as it was such a tight fit of the tyre. From an eFOLDI. Lite mobility scooter. Not the standard service. It was outstanding service.
Most dogmatic and anti commercial experience ever.
Bought a 2.3k electric bike from Cycles UK Greenwich store. After two weeks wait I go get my bike. As soon as I get home I realise the Bosch electric battery in the bike is broken. I immediately contact the store and explain the situation with added pictures. I also explain the electric bike is a very needed object for us as we do not have a car and depend on it to drive our kids here and there. I also explain I have a second battery available for this bike (from previous ebike). The shop insists on me bringing the whole bike back and leaving it with them instead of just bringing the broken battery (the bike itself is absolutely fine). This would mean for me, finding the time, climbing the 126 stairs of Greenwich tunnel with a 25 kg bike (elevators still broken) and living with my bike for some time. Just because of the dogmatic attitude of this shop. All of this could be avoided if they just accepted to be slightly customer centric and have a look at the battery.

Poor Customer Service
Husband ordered a birthday gift for our 11 year old son online and contacted cycles uk after the delivery date had passed and the order had not arrived. He was advised that the item was no longer in stock (despite showing in stock at the time of ordering) and then to add to our frustrations, advised we would have to WAIT for a refund! How long would this have gone unacknowledged if we hadn’t chased?

Ordered a tyre online shown as in stock Order acknowledged. 10 days later I chased by phone. No answer but left message. 12 days later received an email saying that the tyre was unavailable and they will refund my money in 4 days. Not the level of service I expect from a competent online retailer.

Joke of a company my sons peddle always comes off . But this company says it should be services in 6 weeks . What's a load of @££@ ive had bike for 35 years and fixed myself . Will not be buying again from this joke of a company. I will be opening case with bank.
