Incredible service across the board

Incredible service across the board. I ordered a bike late in the week and selected Saturday delivery, expecting it to be the following week given the short notice. But they got the bike to me the next day. The pedals I ordered had just gone out of stock and they gave me a free pair and then sent the ones I ordered a few days later. They called me throughout the process, emailed, was delivered on time, nice and early on Saturday morning so I could unpack the bike, there is only very basic set up to do, and then test it out. Great service, and really pleased with the bike.

I had an issue with a high street bike shop recently ( not the first time) and this was a million times better. No stress, worry, or problems. I can’t recommend Cycles UK enough.

Order cancelled - poor customer service

Ordered a bike in the sale, it was at a good price. Was meant to be delivered to the store and missed the estimated date, so I messaged the chat said all ok, will still be delivered. Still nothing, so went into the store and told it was in the process of being delivered won’t be long. Then today I get an email saying order cancelled. What a joke. Called and was just told a load of rubbish. Not the first time I have had issues with Evans. Like most cyclist, you can never have too many bikes but I won’t get it from Evans ever again. You never know if you will actually get the bike.

Support a proper bike shop and get a reliable service and good customer service.
