Wish I could leave less than 1 star
Ordered at a busy time but paid extra for 2 day delivery - waste of time, didn’t arrive before Christmas, sent two enquiries about the order/delivery with no reply at all. We’re still without the shirts. Would happily leave negative stars if I could, it’s a really cynical way to run a business. We’ve all got used to super efficient on line retailing, enquiries, returns - this feels like something from the dark ages. I’m still getting marketing emails encouraging more orders, better discounts, fresh stock. The World Cup and Christmas were bound to be busy, so get more people in to help out. Order again? I don’t think so….
