No refund for returned goods
This company has had my return tracked by the label they supplied since the 22nd September and even with an email and a phone call I still have not recieved a refund for my returned goods. Totally unacceptable behaviour

Hi, your refund has now been processed. Please accept my apologies for the delay getting this done. We had a technical issue on our end and had been waiting for feedback from our card handling company. We have chased them up this morning and it is resolved. Apologies again for the delay.
