Delivered a great bike on time, with a very minor damaged part, replacement posted next day - great customer service.

Truly woeful - package has been sat at my local Yodel depot for almost 6 days now with no attempt to deliver it. I am prohibited from going to a yodel service centre to pick it up myself because "Your parcel(s) cannot currently be collected from our service centre. Your parcel has not yet had a delivery attempt."
So I am at there mercy.
Avoid Yodel at all costs.
