Personable, prompt and understanding.
So apparently there is no way for me to update the bank account the direct debit is taking the money from. So in a few days I guess the direct debit will just fail, and then I'll get to hear from them. Not sure how to call them either, and there is no 24/7 chat I can see.
This could have taken 1 minute with another insurance, but here we are.
Horrible experiance now when my contract came to end i wanted cancel their phone goes to voicemail for a week , they dont reply to email qnd i can not log into their website and it glitches also would not send me a link to email to log in so no way of canceling i got a email thanks for renewing contract with us , no i didnot wanted to renew it !!!...so watch out ....they will make it hard for you to cancel it even now they wont reply
Fast friendly service, when my bike suffered some damage the claim was processed very quickly and I can't recommend them highly enough.
