I had very positive and polite interaction,when trying to cancel my subscription.

Very quick and professional. Dealt with my insurance claim with understanding and had a good attitude during the process.

TalkTalk today "scammed "a lot of their customers like they done it to me. After reassuring me twice in hour long phone call last month that my bill won't go up because I am on fixed terms contract,today they served me with increased monthly bill. Two times they assured me that I can't switch provider without a penalty fee, despite their own email stating the opposite I now missed out great offers and I am stuck with them and their bad customer service. Watch out people,I am not going to be the only one treated like that. All of this for 11.20GBP profit , shameful!!!

I would give no stars ,but there is no such option. All day trying to close my account and constantly being rejoined as customer without my will. Useless customer service. And I am still bond to something I do not want. Don't mention every time when I need a ride they change the fare a minute before the ride should take place. Just awful.

I have a Umidigi phone for more than 6 month. It looks and works fine. It is a good value for the money.
