The policy was easy to understand and covers me for all eventualities. Nice and simple to sign up and I felt the price reflected the wide range of cover on offer. I would certainly recommend to my friends.

I recently had to make a claim on my cycle insurance policy after an accident which resulted in significant, irreparable damage to my bike. I raised the claim through the online form on a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Jamie the following morning who took me through the claims process. The process was very straightforward and it was made clear to me what the potential course of action and outcome may be. This was followed up straight away with an email confirming what I needed to provide to support the claim. Once I had provided the documentation my claim was dealt with and closed the following morning.
I had naturally been quite stressed about the situation, particularly as my bike was very new and having my claim dealt with in a hassle free and speedy manner was really appreciated. Especially whilst recovering from my own injuries following the crash.
Additionally it was very easy to make contact and discuss my claim and felt the claim advisor took personal accountability for dealing with my claim.
I am impressed with the quick contact and manner of my claim from the start having never put an insurance claim in before I was impressed and grateful how Jamie explained the procedure to me
