The support is trash.

I was convinced to start using woocommerce, but i had a problem with my email, so i had to change it, i did for wordpress but they told me i should create a ticket to tell them i wanna sync in the emails, that was an AI replying to my email, i did create the ticket and all but still the reoly comes only from the AI saying the same thing again and again. It's furstraring there's no real support or anyway to contact them. Im done dealing with this below average company.

A legal scam! They have stolen £32k and you are next!
They work with Stripe Payments (look them up, you will be shocked how many business got bankrupt because of them, because as soon as you start making money, they freeze your payments and they never give that money back, ever!) – this happened to me as well and they froze £32k, never to be seen.

Just look at reviews online. They use the same tactic: wait until you build up money, then freeze it, quoting a ‘review’, then ask you to provide documents (in my case on a link that’s not working, and they only want me to use that non working link, not e-mail or anything else), so of course you can’t provide what they ask for.

Even if you manage to provide it, they will move the goalpost and freeze the money for 120 days, then at the end of the 120 days, they say there’s no refund. So say goodbye to your money.

I have instructed solicitors now, but my business is already suffering as they have stolen £32k, which was meant to pay salaries and suppliers!

We came over from Shopify which terminated our 4 year old store for complaining about the non stop appalling service and zero support.

I'm so glad we did move, albeit not by choice.

The woo support is amazing i have live support that is real techs not like the ai bot shopify now only use, had a 30 minute webcall with 2 woo support tech on how to move fwd with the store, amazing!

Shopify have even withdrawn the account support manager from the plus stores that costs £2000 a month so they also have zero human support now, if you want a human based support team come to woocommerce!

They really are the last ones to have human real live support!

Avoid shopify not only is there zero support anymore but they have also stolen £7000 of our funds and have ignored our emails for weeks.

WooCommerce are hosting a website called OrzShop. This shop is a SCAM. There is no way to contact WooCommerce to get them to do something about this site. This is appalling. So in future when I see any online company associated with this company, I will not be doing business.

Very SLOW delivery STILL waiting 18 days after order.

As the company bookkeeper, it is impossible to generate a report that shows the product sales (individual items) that reconcile to the money that comes into the bank account. The reports I find just show a reference number: I have to go into each individual reference number to see the details, and paste into a spreadsheet. Time consuming and frustrating. Please @WooCommerce make this easy for us?

This has struck me weird a company as popular and user friendly to come back and suspend my account on my new website.

I've been working for a while trying to customize my new site and decided to use WooCommerce as one of the payment portals and of course they were running a promotion with a % discount on payment processes which will help kick start my new business.

A few days later when I tried to enable the payment portal as it was set on test mode, I was not able to do so and then saw an email stating that my account was suspended and there was NO Reason to why it was suspended.

I opened a ticket with them regarding this issue to get an idea or at least a reason so I can possibly avoid next time. That was not the case, they've suspended my account without even giving me the chance to resolve any issues to keep my account active, but all I got was the suspension email.

After opening the ticket, they reply to me within 24 hours stating that the account was suspended due to some unknown activity of some sort, but they didn't say what and they came to a decision to take action and suspend it and they mentioned another platform they work with that starts with an S and rhymes with "Tripe". They also told me to use another payment platform, instead of theirs.

Let's bring some logic into this, since this is an online payment processing account, it is treated like a bank and any bank that rejects an application would provide a valid reason as to why the application was rejected, in Woo's case, it was just immediate suspension without any reason. After asking why it was suspended, they send the links for their Terms and conditions and other nonsense, as if I will go through the entire document and pick a reason for myself. That is completely absurd, you know of a reason but failed to tell me.

I went to open an account with the company that starts with S and rhymes with "Tripe" and I was able to register my account and I am able to process payment using their platform as well as another famous payment platform that starts with P and ends with a Pal...

Woo, I asked and you failed to provide a reasonable answer, that is why this feedback was posted. My company is registered, an EIN number was provided and yet the treatment I received was uncalled for. You don't deserve any starts but unfortunately that is not an option here.

You see Woo, I gave you a reason why I wrote this review but you didn't when you suspended my account. Thank you all for taking the time to read my post and I hope no one else goes through this unfair treatment.

Woo Commerce whatsapp scam job beware! I got scam recently to this fake boosting mission kind of job.Where you have to complete 40 missions and promise that you can withdraw your money after you finish the mission. Don't believe this kind of job because you will never ever get your money back thru crypto. I am one their million victim of this Woo Commerce scam! They have a group in whatsapp where the members try to fake that they are also doing the mission and posting successful withdrawal thru Binance these are all fake! You will never ever get your money back because the negative package mission is getting double and doubled until you cannot finish the mission! This online whatsapp job is all fake,scam, crooked and too good to be true!

WooCommerce is free and best. For Wrdpress developers and PHP expert and core programmers its no need to more support.

Hello, I just ordered a PlayStation 5 on the prime gamer site edited by woo commerce, and it's a nice scam, simply nothing received, and no news, I absolutely do not recommend this site, they are thieves

I purchased a product from makermanor.com that was never delivered. Makermanor uses the Woo.com platform to execute fraudulent practices. I would like to urgently request woo.com to check on this clients and ban the makermanor website to protect innocent people from scam.

Absolute garbage software. It used to be good but has been steadily declining in function and quality for the past couple years. Where to start? Basic functions are missing in the core but there are multiple 3rd party plugins for sale that are completely junk because they wreck the core functions. HPOS rollout is a disaster and no functional updates for removing old 'shop_order' post types and their associated metadata. Pretty much all woocommerce related plugins don't actually work as intended, wasting countless weeks and dollars to basically beta test each and every one for the authors, before finally giving up and writing my own. Performance is a joke for real world production stores. Core doesn't offer ajax anything even though it's 2023 and should be standard. Bought multiple plugins that used to work now don't and have no support. Basically the whole environment is one big scam now.

They will endorse third-party companies which they have not vetted. Any extensions you buy, they do not take responsibility for when it goes wrong. I paid for an extension which did not work, I complained to woocommerce and also Print Node, they both highlighted why it was the third party plugin. I then gave access to the website for fixing the code and they maliciously attacked my website causing 2 weeks of downtime and significant cost to me. Woocommerce do not want to know about this as I have tried to complain.

I am now looking at alternatives as I cannot trust their platform and their customer service is severely lacking.

am facing problem with woocommerce payment account I have with them and there's no answer on the email my account is complete and i Keep seeing all my money estimated with no update on it !! i was expecting on 7 of August a payout but no they don't send it they keep it available in the balance without any explanation and they don't answer my email I have ticket number 6630189

We have used WooCommerce for a long time, but we won't anymore. It has now become a bloated giant that requires tons of plugins or custom coding to make a site work well.

They have now turned into a big money grab and greedy giant. CAD $329 just for the WC Subscriptions plugin alone. You have absolutely got to be joking. Rip-off, now looking at other options whether its Shopify or payment pages.

Woocommerce is a horrible company used for your credit card processor. Guess I'm going to have to go back to square because woocommerce is horrible!
