Astronomical fees for Unbelievably bad service and delivery!

Unbelievably bad service and product/plugin delivery!

I had an issue with the Stripe/WooCommerce connection (stuck in a loop, unable to connect one account with the other), meaning I was unable to process ANY payments. After 7 days of suffering a business-critical outage, I had to pay someone independently to address the issue, which they did within 15 minutes.

These guys charge astronomical fees for annual 'support' on GPL-licensed plugins. I shall never again pay them a penny, and I would advise all to do the same - if something goes wrong, they're simply NOT interested - I guess this is what happens when you monopolise the WordPress Ecommerce scene.

It started out okay, but...

It started out well - but after 18 months as an Agency plan customer, I can safely say I won't be renewing my license when it expires! Their plugins are constantly breaking, and the service is next to non-existent.

Horrible experience trying to get them to fix anything - I usually end up paying a freelancer to put things right, as no one ever responds from their Chat support team.

How or why anyone would pay these guys…

How or why anyone would pay these guys to deliver a parcel, beggars belief! They are by far the worst option out there. in the last 18-months they damaged a parcel (I paid to have delivered) so badly the item was no longer recognisable - costing me £200 in repairs. Their follow up strategy is to ensure the 'claims process' is so convoluted and illogical that seeing it through requires superhuman resolve and the patience of a saint (neither of which I have). They have wasted well over 30-hours of my time in the last 12-months with bogus delivery windows (It's their automated system, apparently - like that's a valid excuse). In the last two days I have been given two delivery windows, both of which came and went without delivery, in fact they didn't even offer up an excuse as to why - nothing. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone, to be told that the item which was supposed to be delivered on the 20th... then the 21st, between 8:30 - 11:30 wasn't even with them until 1:00PM on the 21st... Absolute JOKE of a company. How they're still trading, with an active customer base is beyond me (a 1 star rating... seriously?!?) I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!

Great (personable) customer service.

My wife loves the products, but I have to say I've been very impressed with the (personable) customer service. Prompt and attentive - unlike many other similar brands I've used in the past. I would definitely recommend.

Special mention for Becky K, who was very nice and helped me resolve a minor issue in super quick time. Thanks again, Becky - Merry Christmas :)

Lovely guy. Fair price. No silly haggling... I gave my price and they were able to match it. If I were to sell another car again, I'd definitely give these guys a call first!

AWD-IT were nothing short of excellent, and couldn't do enough to help me...

After placing my order, I have to admit, I was a little worried about what to expect (and had I read some of the more critical reviews, first, I probably would've shopped elsewhere). Thankfully I didn't! AWD-IT were nothing short of excellent, and couldn't do enough to help me (after placing my oder I wanted to upgrade the CPU - part of a bundle deal - which was made nice and easy by a very helpful lady, at the other end of the phone).

I received my order within 48HRS and, after unpacking and checking for damage, all was as it should be.

Really impressed - I would/will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you.

Great fun, and as safe as it could be!!

Great fun, and as safe as it could be!! Safety briefings were detailed and well executed, but once we were out on our own it was excellent. Lots of tree top activities, including four large/long zip-lines and two Tarzan swings. All in all, I would say this was excellent value for money. It seems like a lot, per head, but when you break it all down, I think it's well worth it, for three hours of fun!!

A varied selection of contemporary furniture

A varied selection of contemporary, well made, items at very competitive prices. The only downside, in my opinion, is the length of time certain items can take to dispatch/deliver. But I'm impulsive, and don't like waiting. Post-purchase follow up is decent, and the delivery is well planned. All in All, I would happily recommend Made
