Woopayment review scammer
Woopayment is the worst platform ever, i have migrated my stores on this platform during Q4. I made many sales but after 1 week woopayment decided to refund all my customers without asking any additionnal info ( I sent all my company info proof), so i lost all money from customers but also all the money from the products I delivered. Now my is in difficult while it was running well for 4 years. BE CAREFUL AND NEVER USE THEIR PLATFORM.
Beware of WooPayments: Lack of Transparency and Misleading Promises
This review is specifically about WooPayments, the payment service offered under WooCommerce. Currently, they are holding $12,000 of our business’s funds with no clear indication of when it will be released. I signed up expecting daily payouts, as advertised, but after one initial payment, everything stopped.
When I reached out for clarification, the customer representative had the audacity to say, "We will decide when to release the money. We don’t disclose either the process or the reason. If you don’t like it, go find a different solution." This blatant disregard for transparency and customer concerns is beyond unprofessional.
Their vague response cited “internal protocols” and directed me to hidden terms buried in their policies—none of which were disclosed upfront during onboarding. For small businesses, cash flow is critical, and having such a large sum withheld without explanation is simply unacceptable.
If you’re considering WooPayments, I strongly advise against it. Their practices could seriously harm your business, especially if you depend on timely payouts. I’m switching to a more reliable provider like PayPal or Square, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration and financial stress.

Should I be worried about more money stolen from my card or not?  Shop was percyjackson after browsing i found that the quality is much worse than on aliexpres and also almost nothing arrives  (reddit users etc) IT IS NOT AN OFFICIAL SITE AS THEY SAY INSTEAD IT IS A SCAM BUILT ON WOCOMMERCE! I got scammed for 22.83eur, I'm worried if mine card details are safe I already contacted the bank about this issue and im waiting for an response it was like that: I wrote to the support after waiting 30mins  (not received order info e-mail, - nothing) after 15 mins i received e-mail from them. There was mine letter but it was sended from their e-mail it was just copy-pasted, also both photos (screenshots, which i took was "glued" to the letter) later I found on their site order tracking link Multiple times I  tried entering mine e-mail, but nothing happened. Some time passed by maybe from 1 hour to 1.5hour, I received an e-mail from woocommerce - (it said about mine order that it is beeing processed, but the order number was different, from given first time after payment). So if im correct some thiefts are sitting on a woocommerce site there they had created a website percyjacksonshop.com and they are scamming perople, or maybe even woocommerce are scamming people together? there are also fake reviews on this scam percyjacksonshop site - after I started searching for the info I found some interesting stuff for example on reddit forum.. Do not mess with those guys it is not worth Your time and nerves...

No idea why there are bad reviews for woocommerce. It's been great for our business. We use it to sell online. It's super cheap to run adn flexible, has great SEO and is transaparent. I think some of these reviewers are expecting a Shopify experience but forgetting that this is a self hosted product that costs 1/20th of Shopify.

Get as many solutions from other providers as possible. Web shops are mission critical and this company does not come anywhere near this standard.

Customer service is terrible they ignore your emails for help sometimes. when you do get through to them they haven't a clue about the issues your facing and expect you to just except it.

AVOID at all costs! If I would know they were such a horrible company, I wouldn't start with them.
About a week ago, the website started having some issues around the coupons, and I've been losing a lot of money because of this odd problem. I contacted the WooCommerce subscriptions support, I think because we thought this is based on the WooCommerce subscriptions. And they just said, very relaxed, you know, "oh, it's not, probably because of our plugin. Probably it's a plugin conflict." And although me and my developers repeatedly mentioned that this is based on their plugin, they denied this. Even though I'm paying them like a $350 per year or something like that, they took no responsibility. They didn't work. And they said, "just find a developer, you knoW. Oh, if you want, you can go to this place. They can charge $150 to check this conflict plugin", which is complete BS. Because it has nothing to do with other plugins and is basically related with WooCommerce subscriptions themselves. And even the technical team was aware of that, and they on the new update, just fixed it. So, some ridiculous support, and very bad customer experience. 
I'm really very, very regretful, because my business is based on WooCommerce subscriptions. If I would know they were such a horrible company, I wouldn't start with them.

I want to thank the support team especially Riyaz for addressing my technical issues in a professional and quick manner. I am satisfied so far with the product and the support. 
A NIGHTMARE THAT NEVER ENDS
A NIGHTMARE THAT NEVER ENDS. This plugin is SO BUGGY, it has so many bugs that the support team can't even handle them. I have a 60-emails thread where there are at least 6 different bugs in the last month and a half. They raised the price to "give you a better experience and support" and they reduced the support team, when you could chat to someone and fix the issue in the moment, now you have to wait a 24, 48, 72hs to get a response. EVERYTHING has a hidden extra plugin that you have to purchase, "oh you want that? then you need to buy this extra plugin, and this one, and this one" MY GOD, STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE. If you have Woocommerce on your site, and you want to start a membership program, FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION, you will regret using this plugin. Especially because they keep the subscriptions, they own them, so if you stop paying for it, you lose your continuity program, you CAN'T keep billing them with Stripe or Paypal for example. If you disable WooCommerce Subscriptions, and you have users that access to a digital product, for example, THEY WILL LOSE ACCESS TO IT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO MANUALLY GIVE THEM ACCESS AGAIN TO EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!! UNBELIEVABLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Customer service not good. I am having trouble with shipping not updating when selected in the checkout. Woocommerce said there is a problem and that if i can't put it right myself they can find the issue for me but it will cost $150 for them to put it right!

I wish to add WeChat Pay as a payment option but it doesn't show on my Woocommerce website. On my Stripe settings it shows as being Activated. However, on my Woocommerce Strip 
So, I tried to contact Get Help on Woocommerce. However, their system won't allow me to send my question, stating incorrectly that:
"Connection to your site is broken, and we couldn't get the System Status Report. Please go to My stores page and re-establish the connection to your site."
When I go to my store, it confirms my account connection is live (it has been working for years and still does – just not with WeChat). However, Support doesn't accept the site is linked OK! There doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact Woocommerce as I am stuck on a loop of fixed issue choices that are not relevant to me or circle back to the same “re-establish connection” which does not work.
Can someone at Woocommerce PLEASE HELP.

All these reviews claiming that WooCommerce is a scam platform are a complete joke. WooCommerce is a piece of software that can be used by literally anyone. So it's like complaining that you received a Word document containing spam and that Microsoft are supporting spammers. Utterly ridiculous, and a shame so many people seem to misunderstand what it is.
The actual software was once bloated and had issues but these days I think it's pretty great, I run a few sites with it and my clients are very happy. It's infinitely customisable but user-friendly enough most people can get on with it with minimal training.

WooCommerce are scam friendly platform with no customer support. I've lost 470 pounds on a scam website that never dispatched the goods. The fake delivery guy was asking for 300 more to deliver my parcel as a deposit for my goods. The website owner and his friend "delivery guy" was clearly scamming together and there's no way to get WooCommerce involved. The company that WooCommerce is hosting doesn't even exist in UK. Website and the shop exists because WooCommerce is hosting them.
